It was like in the pictures, nice facilities, super quiet and very central. The room was in top condition and everything is very central. One of the best locations in Pattaya

very nice apartment clean and tidy and the location is great . The host, Sam, is a polite person who cares about the comfort of the guest. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have a wonderful time in Pattaya.

Sam is one of the best hosts I have come across. Always on hand to help and 1st rate communication. His condo is exactly as described, clean and tidy and everything you need for a short stay. I found the bed super comfortable and the shower was hot and good pressure unlike a lot of other places. My only regret was that I was too slow in deciding to extend and the condo got booked otherwise I would have stayed longer. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sam as a host or his condo and I will definitely rebook again. The location is smack bang in the middle of everything, bars, shopping, food and only a short walk to the beach. A fantastic place to stay 10/10
