Please note some house rules as below. Its Non Smoking Room Don't Lose The key card. 1500 baht fee for reissue the new keycard & metal key and takes 4 to 8 hours time. Laundry & Dryer room is on ground floor near Elevators. Please make sure to turn off air-conditions & lights whenever you go out. If you go Swimming pool & Gym, you might have to write your room number & name. Sam was a truly the perfect host. He was welcoming and gave very clear directions on how to get to his place and collect the keys. The flat has a breathtaking view, and the commute to the city centre and airport is very convenient. And there’s a pool 😎! Will definitely rebook once I return to BKK. thanks again Sam 🙏

Amazing stay! 7 Eleven just down the condo. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, making everything smooth and comfortable. The high-rise room had a breathtaking view of Bangkok—absolutely stunning, especially at night. Clean, stylish, and well-located. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the city. Would definitely stay again!

I highly recommend this place and absolutely will be back. The host was very helpful and fast to respond! Best host ever! The place looks exactly like in the photos with great view of Bangkok. The room was very clean. The location was great near to 7/11 and very easy to find when you call a grab taxi. Absolutely will be back! Thanks host Sam for hosting!

Absolutely loved my stay, from the room I can see a stunning panoramic view of the Bangkok skyline—especially magical at night. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cozy, and the AC worked perfectly, which was a relief after hot days exploring the city. Check-in was smooth, and the host was friendly and responsive. Great location too—close to Ramkhamhaeng airport link and lots of great food spots. Highly recommended!
