Sam l’hôte a été très réactif suite à quelques soucis de wifi en panne et un évier bouché, la communication a été excellente les instructions étaient claires et bien détaillées à notre arrivée. Le logement est conforme à la description et très fonctionnel. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour pour une première à Bangkok nous reviendrons avec plaisir je recommande vivement. Nous remercions également le frère de votre mari 👍

I loved that the location was in the heart of Pattaya. It's a 5-minute walk to the Central Pattaya shopping mall, and it's the best place with everything you need, including restaurants, convenience stores, and local markets nearby. Although it was in the city center, it was quiet, so I was able to sleep well. The Wi-Fi is fast, and it's an ideal place for a short stay. If I come again next time, I'll stay here.

Loved our short stay in Sam's appartment which is well equipped & clean with fabulous views across the city. Very good transport links to most place, canal taxi, sky train & Bolt taxi via app, just ask to be dropped off at Ario sushi when returning & you'll get dropped off at the right place. Would definatly stay here again. Thank you Sam 😊

Fantastic location! Super clean, modern, and perfectly situated for easy transport access. Great amenities and a wonderful view from the building. Check-in was very easy and communication was smooth. Highly recommend this stay!

The host was absolutely outstanding: super responsive, very understanding, and offered a partial refund for our inconvenience. Communication was fast, friendly, and professional from start to finish. The apartment itself is lovely, the location is perfect, and it’s clear the host really cares about their guests’ experience. Base Park West is the perfect mix of comfort, style, and convenience. The apartment is modern, super clean, and comes with an amazing view. The pool and gym are top-notch, and the rooftop area feels like a little sanctuary in the city. If you’re sensitive to sound, bring earplugs to avoid street noise during sleep, then you’ll sleep like in heaven. Sam was friendly and helpful, and the location near On Nut/BTS makes it easy to explore Bangkok. I’d definitely stay here again. It feels like home with a touch of luxury.

I was surprised to find this place! It was unique and I loved it. The room was just as the pictures showed but the view from the bedroom window as well as the balcony was amazing. You can see an amazing view of the city even at night with the city lights. Great amenities, and there's a 7-eleven right down stairs which became my second home :p But the room is nice and cozy. Sam was very responsive whenever I had a question and even helped me with a request I had before I got there. You are close to a lot of things in the city. I did a lot of tours and was able to get there pretty quick via taxi, motorbike, and grab car. I had a great time, and Sam was a great host. I'd recommend this place and definitely stay here again. I had a great experience at Sam’s place. She gave great detailed instructions and was very responsive. The location is very walkable close to a lot of amenities. It’s somewhere I will definitely return if it’s available when in Pattaya!
