We stayed here for four nights and had a wonderful time. The condo is centrally located, with all major spots in Bangkok close by. It is spacious, clean, and the view is truly stunning. The photos do not capture how impressive it actually is. We spent hours relaxing on the balcony, which, though small, comfortably fit three people. The host was very responsive throughout our stay and the place itself was amazing. Check-in was smooth and everything went seamlessly. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bangkok.

Great place with a beautiful view of the Bangkok skyline. The apartment immaculately clean and fully adapted. Host Sam is very quick to respond to messages and asks if everything is okay herself. I wanted to extend my stay by one day and the matter was dealt with promptly. Highly recommended!

This apartment is perfect for a short or long term stay in Pattaya. The space has everything needed to live comfortably and was impeccable and clean. The location is amazing too and is very walkable to tons of local options for food and nightlife. Finally Sam is a tremendous host who was always responsive and helpful and really helped me make the most of my stay. Book this place without hesitation!!

What I love most at Sam's apartment is the fantastic sea view from balcony and 2 two bedrooms. It is located on the hill so very peaceful. Sam is a nice host. He suggests me a lot of places and very supportive when we are here. I would highly recommend this apartment if you have plan to visit Pattaya.

Sam was a truly the perfect host. He was welcoming and gave very clear directions on how to get to his place and collect the keys. The flat has a breathtaking view, and the commute to the city centre and airport is very convenient. And there’s a pool 😎! Will definitely rebook once I return to BKK. thanks again Sam 🙏

Amazing stay! 7 Eleven just down the condo. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, making everything smooth and comfortable. The high-rise room had a breathtaking view of Bangkok—absolutely stunning, especially at night. Clean, stylish, and well-located. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the city. Would definitely stay again!
