Had a wonderful stay at Sam’s condo in Pattaya! The place was clean, well-maintained, and offered a stunning view — perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location was convenient, and the amenities were just as described. Highly recommended!

What I love most at Sam's apartment is the fantastic sea view from balcony and 2 two bedrooms. It is located on the hill so very peaceful. Sam is a nice host. He suggests me a lot of places and very supportive when we are here. I would highly recommend this apartment if you have plan to visit Pattaya.

Sam was a truly the perfect host. He was welcoming and gave very clear directions on how to get to his place and collect the keys. The flat has a breathtaking view, and the commute to the city centre and airport is very convenient. And there’s a pool 😎! Will definitely rebook once I return to BKK. thanks again Sam 🙏

I had a wonderful stay at this place at Sukhumvit 77 area. The apartment was exactly as described—clean, modern, and very comfortable. Being on a high floor, the view from the bedroom at night was absolutely stunning—Bangkok’s skyline lit up beautifully and created a calm, peaceful vibe that made it easy to unwind after a long day. The location is very convenient with easy access to restaurants, local shops, and public transport. The building itself felt safe and well-maintained, with great amenities and friendly staff. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free. I appreciated the small thoughtful touches in the apartment, which made it feel like a home away from home. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Bangkok. I’d be happy to stay here again on my next trip. Thank you for a great hospitality!

I had a fantastic stay! The host was responsive, and made everything easy. The high-rise room had an incredible view of Bangkok—especially beautiful at night. The location is super convenient with a mall and food court right in front of the condo. I also appreciated the free golf cart shuttle running very often to On Nut BTS station, making travel so easy. The room was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. I truly felt at home here. Highly recommend this place and host—I’d definitely love to stay again next time I’m in Bangkok!
